This is a 30 days Ab Challenge. For the next 30 days, I\'ll be posting different fitness videos everyday to help you guys lose the extra weight. Rule & Regulations 1. You need to start the challenge from Day 1 as the exercise levels are increasing each day. 2. If you skip a day in between, you have to start with the previous day workout. For eg: If you miss Day 4, then you have to start again with Day 3 workout. 3. You have to eat healthy and nutritional food with portion control when you are doing this challenge, otherwise you won\'t see any desired results 4. You can tag me @yogasini and use the #yogasinifitness on Instagram and TikTok to show me your progress . I will definitely put them in my stories to inspire more people .
